Best Western Mill River Manor

The hotel room was very clean with new furnishings. I highly recommend it.

I felt very unsafe in the parking lot, it wasn't clearly marked and it was dark. The staff was not helpful at all, the room was cramped and dark, and the lobby had a foul odor.

The hotel could be updated. It was dowdy and gloomy. It did not keep up with the competition.

The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Room was very small and cluttered. To much furniture in the room. Breakfast was a joke nothing to choose from.

Fast check in, Clean rooms with fridge and microwave and across the street from a 24 hour major supermarket. The double bed rooms are too small for the chair and tables they put in the rooms.Close to public transportastion. Free internet. ...read more

CONS: If this was acknowledged to be a one star hotel, I may have been satisfied - no way a two star. The baseboard tile in the bathroom was dirty and damaged. The light cover in the bathroom was hanging off. There was not enough free space in the room for two people to walk by each other. Had to clinmb over the bed to sit at the small table. TV and remote responded poorly. skimpy on towels and pillows. Parking was completely deficient. "Continental" breakfast was pathetic. PROS: The room did have a small fridge which was convenient. I will never use Priceline again. At best, it is bait and switch. In reality, this hotel does not even deserve a 1 star grading and it was sold to me as a 2 star hotel. You should be ashamed of your actions. ...read more

Average but pleasant stay. Staff was a definite plus.
